CC Pines is accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction Occupational Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (FSC).

The CC Pines Integrated Management System has evolved to fully encompass all of our Quality Assurance, OH&S and Environmental management practices. It is ‘the way we do business’. The CC Pines team are all fully trained and conversant with the requirements of our system, including those related to safety, and we work in a collaborative approach with all of our subcontractors to ensure they also work to the required standard. This ensures that we comply with the conditions of our FSC accreditation.

Our internal audit program is followed on a monthly basis checking field compliance with the procedures in our Management System. Any discrepancies are captured in a Non-conformance and Improvement Report which is reviewed by senior management during the post audit meeting. Any required corrective and preventive actions are analysed during these meetings and required resources are assigned to ensure completion.

We also conduct site specific safety audits which are undertaken during site inspections with a representative from one of our subcontractors. This allows us to check OH&S compliance during site activities and receive input and suggestions from our subcontractors on any issues directly affecting them.

Maintenance of our accreditation is also checked via external audits from the Office of the Federal Commissioner. The OFSC conducts audits where our OH&S practices and those of our subcontractors are checked for compliance.
