Project: Air Conditioning Upgrade
Client: Defence Maintenance Management (Now Brookfield Multiplex Services)
Location: Defence Establishment Orchard Hills, NSW
This design and construct project at Defence Establishment Orchard Hills involved the replacement of a wide variety of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant across four different precincts within Defence Establishment Orchard Hills including chillers, pumps, fan coil units, cooling towers, valves and control equipment.
All these items were sized and selected as part of the design process and all work was completed during the ongoing operation of the Defence facilities and amongst stringent security procedures.
