Australian Embassy – Morocco

Overview

This Design & Construct Project involved a new prefabricated Embassy building, manufactured in Sydney, Australia where it was then shipped to Rabat, Morocco for installation. CC Pines’ bespoke delivery solution for the Chancellery building consisted of 15 prefabricated building modules, mimicking the footprint of an out-of-gauge 40ft container, totalling 450sqm of building area.

CC Pines design team “cracked the code” by developing a design solution capable of obtaining the ISO Container Certification, which allowed the whole building to be fully fitted internally, including all services. Then, the building modules were split and shipped as a standard shipping container. CC Pines provided the Client with a design solution that can be replicated and scaled up or down for future projects across the globe.

Kind Words

“Has achieved an incredible feat in delivering an Australian built, fully sea-transportable, modular A-Grade diplomatic office building solution.

Not only is it in-factory built, stackable and easily transportable, it also meets the quality and security needs of a diplomatic mission. This solution will undoubtably be used around the world for high quality, remote location offices in the coming years.”
