Annandale TAFE Development

This design and construct project involved the construction of a new two storey modular building as well as refurbishment and maintenance works across several existing buildings at the campus.

Cable Car Ride - Taronga Zoo, Mosman

This design and construct project involved the replacement of the old cable car ride at Taronga Zoo with a new, purpose built facility to take the public from the “bottom station” at the ferry wharf to the “top station” at the zoo entrance.

The Climbing, Roping and Rappelling Tower (CRRT) at Sydney Defence Site is a unique, multi-purpose, climbing facility designed and constructed for the primary use of an operational Defence unit.

Bates Bridge - Demolition and Replacement

This Design and Construct project for the Snowy River Shire Council, involved the demoltion of an old, straight timber bridge and replacement with a curved, precast concrete bridge on a modified road alignment.

NTARIP Road Works - Holsworthy Barracks

Living In Accommodation - Royal Military College Duntroon

This construct only project involved the construction of a new accommodation and rehabilitation wing for 50 cadets at the Royal Military College, Duntroon in Canberra.

Residence - Lord Howe Island

This construct only project at Lord Howe Island (600km east of Port Macquarie, NSW) involved the demolition of an existing fibro cottage and rebuild of a new house, that serves as a home for the Bureau of Meteorology “Head of Station”.

Explosives Storehouse - Sydney

This greenfield construct only project at a Sydney Defence site involved the construction of a new “underground” weapons storage facility for aircraft munitions.

NTARIP Road Works - Singleton Army Training Area

This construct only civil and building works project for the Department of Defence, involved a range of infrastructure upgrades across eight separate sites at the Singleton Military Training Area.

Traverse Remediation - Twofold Bay

This earthworks centric design and construct project for Thales Australia, required remediation of existing traverses at the EO Depot, Twofold Bay, NSW.
